All of our large signs are made from 18 gauge steel and are recreated to replicate the originals. RETURN POLICY'S
In the event that you receive a item that has been damaged in shipment we will replace this item. Please call us within 7 days of shipment at 1-800-708-5051 for a return authorization. If you would like to return a item that is undamaged please call us for return authorization. These returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Neon signs carry a 30 day warranty from date of purchase
