Frank Miller Blackening Vintage Sign

From the Barber Shop and Shoe Shine Memories licensed collection, this Frank Miller Blackening Vintage Metal Sign measures 15 inches by 12 inches and weighs in at 2 lb(s). Ain’t nothing changed, here is Uncle Sam in his 1880’s boarding house room sitting on his civil war trunk making do with what he had. A morning straight razor shave using the Reflection in his boot was mirror enough. So any shoe blacking/polish that could give a good shave had to be good! The other boot even gives a scare to the Great American Eagle. This was from a Rare & Complete Chromo-lithographed interior paper label for a wooden countertop display of blacking bottles. Very patriotic piece, even the carpet has stars & stripes. Frank Millers Blacking was initially founded in 1838. Metal sign shows better than the original paper sign!! This Vintage Metal Sign is hand made in the USA using heavy gauge American steel.
