*RARE* Original Colonel Sanders Kentucky Fried Chicken Weathervane stands 5ft tall and is in fair shape for being outside in the elements in the Pacific Northwest for decades. This Colonel Sanders once was mounted on the roof of the Original KFC in Shelton, WA. It was removed from the original KFC before a remodel in the mid 1980's. This is a unique, rare sign. It comes with all the weathervanes directions except for W, for west. The sign painted steel, not porcelain. these were only produced by painted steel, not porcelain. The original base was not found when we found this in a family barn, but could show up in the future. No guarantees to the purchaser of this though, but we would reach out if we did find it.
The price includes oversize shipping and handling. this will be framed with 2x4's and then plywood sheeting so the sign will be fully enclosed so no damage will occur in shipping.
