Are your products Made In The USA?

Yes, majority of our products are Made in the USA. Products that aren’t made in the USA do not have a Made In The USA flag badge so it makes it easy for you to determine.

What are your signs made out of?

Our signs are made out of heavy gauge steel unless otherwise described in the product description. We do not sell Aluminum signs with a vinyl decal applied over the top.

How are your signs made?

The majority of our signs are made by the Sublimation process: signs are made with a heat process that transfers an image onto a powder coated heavy gauge steel metal.

How long do your made to order signs take to produce?

7-14 Business days on majority of our signs, 14-21 for custom made to order signs. All depends on current production status

If you have a sign that isn’t the size I need, can I get a custom size made?

Yes, we can do custom sizes on majority of our signs. Please call or email us at info@garageart.com with any questions

Are your signs fade free?

No, our signs aren’t fade free except for the Porcelain signs we offer under the Porcelain Sign category. Majority of our signs we offer in a UV print. This is available upon request. There is an extra charge for UV print. Please call us or email info@garageart.com

Are your neon signs actually real neon?

Yes, all of our signs are made with real neon tubing, not LED tubing. We do offer some LED signs, but these are properly titled as LED and they aren’t played off as tubing to make it look like neon. No fake neon!

Do you ship to Canada or International?

Yes, but not all products we offer are able to ship internationally due to different restrictions. Please email info@garageart.com or call us to discuss further

What happens if my items get damaged in shipping?

We will need to be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your damaged items so We can assess on what needs to be done. Please call us ASAP or after hours, send us photos and your info via email info@garageart.com

What if my item comes with a manufacturing flaw(s)?

We will ask you to send a photo of these flaws and we will replace with a new sign and send a prepaid shipping label to return the flawed sign back to us

What is your return policy?

If you simply do not like the item and there is nothing wrong with it and arrived as described in the product description, then shipping is on you to ship item(s) back to us and there is a 15% restocking fee.

Can I send you my design to turn into a custom sign?

Yes, please do. We love custom work and we would be happy to quote you. Please email us at info@garageart.com

Who do you use to ship your products?

We use FedEx Ground, UPS and sometimes USPS

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, if item is able to ship express we can ship express for you. Many items aren’t able to ship Express for various reasons, majority because of shipping damage. Please call or email us if you have any questions on this at info@garageart.com

What types of payments do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo. We also accept cashiers checks and will accept these mailed to PO Box 1386 Gig Harbor, WA 98335. We will need to be notified of this type of payment and won’t ship item(s) until check is cleared
