Washington Chief was a brand developed by the Inland Refinery Corporation in Spokane Washington. The original marketing plan was for the company to open stations in the Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Washington area. After the 1st stations were build in Aberdeen and Spokane Washington the company was bought out and brand dissolved. The original porcelain signs are some of the most sought after and rarest gas signs in the world.
